DAY 01
SINGAPORE - SYDNEY(Own arrangement)
  • Depart Singapore for your flight to Australia – Sydney.
DAY 02
SYDNEY
  • Arrival SIC transfer to hotel.
  • Free to explore what Sydney has to offer.
  • With so many attractions centred around Sydney Harbour, why not start your holiday right where the action is. Shopping at The Rocks, hit the arts and culture trails, visit Museum of the Contemporary Art or the Art Gallery of New South Wales, then cap off your day with spectacular views from the Sydney Harbour Bridge, which is under a ten-minute walk from Circular Quay. Get snap happy as you walk along the eastern side of the bridge; the western side is reserved for cyclists. As the steel arches tower over you, look out and be mesmerised by breath-taking views of the harbour, Opera House and surrounding bays.
  • Last of all don’t forget to have dinner at Woolloomooloo Wharf or cosmopolitan Potts.

DAY 03
SYDNEY
  • Enjoy Seafood at Sydney Fish Market or learn to surf at Sydney famous Bondi Beach.
  • If you are here on a weekend, join the crowds at outdoor weekend market such as Paddinton Markets, The Rocks Markets, Paddy’s Market and Bondi Market.
  • There are also family friendly attractions such as SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium, Wild Life Sydney Zoo, Madame Tussauds Sydney as well as Powerhouse Museum.
  • Remember to check out many restaurants lining Cockle Bay Wharf too!

DAY 04
SYDNEY - CENTRAL COAST – HUNTER VALLEY
  • Pick up rental car @ Sydney downtown.
  • Drive northwards from Sydney for about an hour and 20 minutes and you will arrive at the Central Coast.
  • Along the way, you can stop at the Australian Reptile Park for a close encounter with the crocodiles Tasmanian Devils, spiders, snakes koalas, dingoes and more.
  • Watch daily Pelican feeding at The Entrance, Memorial Park at 3.30 pm.
  • Have a go at horse-riding at Glenworth Valley Horse Riding, which is highly recommended for new riders.
  • Continue north west to visit the Hunter Valley.
  • Choose from more than 120 cellar door outlets and a myriad of international brands and boutique winery.
  • Visit the 25-hectare Hunter Valley Gardens, which has 12 different feature gardens.

DAY 05
HUNTER VALLEY - PORT STEPHENS
  • Drive approximately 90 minutes from the Hunter Valley to Port Stephens. Popularly known as the Blue Water Paradise or the Dolphin Capital of Australia, Port Stephens is home to more than 160 bottle-nose dolphins.
  • Take a Dolphin Watch Cruise to get closer to these highly social mammals or experience whale watching from May - Nov.
  • The 4WD Sand Dune tours are very popular as well as it takes you on a thrilling ride across the 32km long Stockton beach – the largest sand dunes in the Southern Hemisphere.

DAY 06
PORT STEPHEN - PORT MACQUARIE
  • Continue north from Port Stephens to Port Macquarie.
  • Along the way, visit Honeycomb Valley Farm at Nabiac, to get up close and personal with the sheep, goats and other domestic animals.
  • Visit the world's only Koala Conservation Centre, a volunteer run centre dedicated to the rescue, care and eventual release of sick and injured koalas.
  • Port Macquarie is also renowned for beautiful beaches, ocean front rainforest boardwalks, whale watching and a relaxed waterfront township with great shopping and dining options.
  • Visit Ricardoes Tomatoes & Strawberries, a farmgate haven where you can pick your own strawberries or enjoy Café Red with budget priced refreshments and gourmet produce.

DAY 07
PORT MACQUARIE - COFFS HARBOUR
  • Just another 90 minutes drive will take you to Coffs Harbour.
  • Visit the delightful Nambucca Heads that lies at the centre of the North Coast region, famous for its surf beaches, fresh oysters and seafood.
  • Children will particularly enjoy Coffs Harbour's Dolphin Marine Magic and the iconic Big Banana which celebrates nearly fifty years of big-kitsch iconography. It has since been converted into a theme park with fun waterslides, ice-skating and other themed activities.

DAY 08
COFFS HARBOUR - BYRON BAY
  • Stop by at Byron Bay, at Australia's eastern-most point, world famous for its stunning beaches, yoga and massage therapies. With a spectacular headland crowned with the beautiful Cape Byron Lighthouse, this charismatic town is certainly a good stop for an overnight stay.
  • Take a short drive into the spectacular hinterland and visit Crystal Castle Shambhala Gardens, a landscaped wonderland of new age experiences, including the Budhha walk, World Peace Stupa, a rose quartz labyrinth.

BYRON BAY – TWEED
  • Continue northwards and arrive in the lush Tweed Valley.
  • Enjoy a Crab catching cruise at the picturesque Tweed River, or try your hand at yabbie pumping, fishing or feeding wild pelicans.
  • Then take a short drive to Tropical Fruit World, Australia's largest fruit plantation, where you can take a tractor ride through the orchards and taste all sorts of unusual tropical fruits, including the miracle fruit, chocolate pudding fruit and champagne fruit.
  • Free to explore the Tweed Heads Region.

  • Welcome to Sydney.
  • Sydney City Sightseeing: St Mary’s Cathedral, Chinatown, Darling Harbour, King’s Cross, Sydney Opera House, Botanic Garden Mrs Macquarie’s Chair and The Rock area.
  • Bondi Beach: More than just a beach, Bondi is home to a vibrant local community. Take a walk on the promenade then re-energise at beachside venue The Bucket List, known for its quirky cocktails.
  • Sydney Fish Market - the largest market of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere. A very good opportunity to purchase fresh seafood.
  • WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo - Walkthrough iconic Aussie habitats and encounter some of the most loved and feared animals that call Australia home. Meet Rex, the huge 5 metre crocodile in Kakadu Gorge, see creatures of the night in the Nightfall habitat, cuddle up to koalas at Koala Encounters and much, much more.

  • Begin our journey up north to Hunter Valley.
  • Hunter Valley Resort – Experience Hunter Wine Theatre, learn a little more about Hunter wine heritage, see the grapes being harvested, being crushed at the onsite winery thru the big screen, next the cellar master will takes you through the “structure” of wine and some serious business of wine tasting.
  • Continue our experience with Candy Making Class. If you love eating candy, you will love making big kid candy in this 60mins workshop. Working with the executive chef, you will watch how to make peanut brittle, marshmallows and boozy chocolate!.
  • Hunter Valley Gardens* - over 60 acres of spectacular international display gardens that will amaze you with sensational sights, colours, fragrances and adventures.
  • Next, continue our journey to Port Stephens* - A blue water paradise made up of pristine and unspoiled waterways. Also known as the Dolphin Capital of Australia.

    *During the period of 10November 2016 - 20January 2017, overnight stay will be changed to Hunter Valley Resort instead of Port Stephen. Hunter Valley Garden day admission will also be change to night admission to view the Christmas Lights Spectacular where you will see millions of Christmas lights on display! Hunter Valley Garden closed on Christmas Day!

Port Stephens - Sydney
  • Board the luxury Moonshadow Dolphin Watch Cruise, in search for the pods of bottlenose dolphins.
  • Enjoy an sumptuous Buffet Lunch onboard Moonshadow cruise.
  • Enjoy Quad Bike Sand Dune Adventure + Sand Boarding on the awesome 32km long Stockton Bight Sand Dunes. Try sand boarding down the dunes of brilliant white sand that climb up to 40 metres high with slope up to 60 degree
  • Head back to Sydney.

Sydney - Blue Mountain National Park - Sydney
  • Start our journey to Blue Mountain National Park.
  • Pass by Homebush Bay – Site of the Sydney 2000 Olympic games.

  • Three Sisters @ Echo Point.
  • Waradah Aboriginal Centre - Witness Aboriginal Dance and Didgeridoo performances, with brief explanations of the stories that accompany each dance.
  • Free time @ Scenic World (All rides are optional at own expense).
  • Journey back to Sydney.
